Her father sat right behind her as the trial started. She kept bursting out at the prosecution team. She nailed her fate when she stood up and yelled across the aisle to David stating Kendal calling her a b word and said that she deserved everything she got and that freaking idiot son of hers needed the same thing that his mother got and she would do it again just like everybody who tries to come between you and me. You're mine and nobody else.

After each side was through with closing arguments the jury was out for five hours. They came back with their decision. Guilty on all charges. In between her conviction and sentencing date David visited both Linda's and Kendal's grave site. He was carrying little Davy Joe to say goodbye to his momma. Of course he didn't understand He had grown so much. If Kendal was looking down on them she would have said he looked so much like his father. At her sentencing trial she was sentenced to life plus one day on murder. Mary Rose thought what a waste of life. She had a great career a head of her.

David knew that Kendal's friend Candy had been set up and asked a judge to transfer her to a halfway house for female inmates where they live there being taught how to take care of their babies. The judge gave the order for her to be transfer. By that time Candy's little girl was almost three years old. David and his partner went to the women's prison with a nice looking dress in her size. She thought maybe there was another trial probably to strip her mother's rights away which if they did she wouldn't have any reason to live. When they pulled in front of that halfway house she saw her mother holding her adorable little girl. her mother was very happy to see her. Inside the house she was told the judge change her jail sentence to one year at the half way house to learn how to be a good mother then she would be released and given her parental rights back.

The End
