The autopsy and toxicology reports both stated that she had a drug in her system that could have only been administred by an injection and gotten with a perscription. The autopsy also revealed she was in a vegatated state from the drug but very alive when her body went over the roof of the high rise onto a roof of a car that was parked on the street below. She could not have jumped off of the roof to her own death. The coronor ruled her death as homicide.
The evidence room had been broken into and all sorts of boxes of evidence had been destroyed especially detectives O'Donnell and Ramonez.Last year Romonez he took the job of police commander. They wasn't sure if they had enough to indict on any charges now. Detective O'Donnell told the commander to get him a date for the grand jury and let them hear what they had that was all he wanted.
The grand jury wasn't going to reconvene for another month. Enough time to for him to get all of his ducks in a row.he didn't want to tip his hand on where sweet little Jasmine was. He had drove by the mayor's house in his sister's car and seen both the mayor's wife and daughter with a new baby so he knew the where abouts of Jasmine.
