Lacey jokingly made the comment, "I have to admit the restaurant we are going to was not in the same league as the little café where I work."

"I will admit I found quite a dish at that little café," Jock was quick to reply.

They arrived at the Opera House and Quay Harbor was lit up like a Christmas tree. The view was breath taking as they gazed at the Harbor Bridge. It had been so long since Lacey had visited the harbor at night she had forgotten how spectacular the sight was.

"Isn't this just gorgeous?" Lacey said as she stopped for a moment to take in the beauty that surrounded her.

"There is no way I could describe it in words," Jock said as he unconsciously placed his arm around Lacey's shoulder and took in the splendor of the vista spread out in front of him.

Lacey didn't seem to mind as they stood there breathing in all the beauty spread out before their eyes.

As they entered the front of the restaurant they were in awe at the giant beams very visible that supported the great roof of the Opera House. It was simply put a masterpiece of architecture. Their waiter brought them back to the reality of the moment.

"Are you ready to order?" He asked.

Jock turned to Lacey and in a low voice asked, "are you ready my dear?

"Yes I am, but would you please order for?" She whispered.

"Yes we are waiter. I will be ordering for both of us," Jock replied.

"Very well sir what shall it be?" The waiter asked as he prepared to take their order.

"We will have a salad of foie gras and shaved truffle with the confit of duck. And surprise us by bringing a bottle of your best dinner wine," Jock said with a distinct sound of authority in his voice.

"Yes sir and a very good choice for an entrée if I may say so sir, you won't be disappointed," the waiter said as he departed for the kitchen.

"Thank you, I would not have known what to order," Lacey sheepishly admitted when the waiter was out of sight.

"That is perfectly alright, but I have a confession to make also. I called earlier to find out about the best entrée choices for tonight," Jock smiled.

"Isn't the Harbor Bridge spectacular at night?" Lacey said as they gazed out the window.
