The golden brilliance of the third heaven was waiting upon Dantalion's return. Gabriel never once lost faith in his brother… still protecting him from the evils of mankind.
"I did not doubt your purpose Dantalion, but know this… the Kings of Hell will not surrender their powers to the word of God," Gabriel reminded him.
"They have no choice. It is the only way they can complete the Summoning. I knew this long before my brother demons," Dantalion replied confidently, comfortable back in his dominion.
"Be warned… there is no hope of purification or redemption for them. Long before your fall from grace, and before the fall of Satan, was Belial, the angel of light and the angel of darkness… divided for eternity. He claimed the Northern Infernal Realm, and Satan, the 'morning star' followed after, claiming the Southern Realm."
"What of Lucifer and Leviathan?" Dantalion's onyx eyes searched out Gabriel's.
"Dantalion, two ages have passed forcing upon them enslavement. Unlike your brethren demons of the Goetia, their punishment was eternal. Lucifer will reclaim his rule of the Eastern Realm and Leviathan of the West," Gabriel answered.
"Belial speaks of ritual to recruit initiates in their New Order," Dantalion noticed a familiar face among the nine orders of angels standing before him..
"Not a place for a Holy Guardian Angel my brother," Camael, the Chief Angel of Powers, announced. No warrior angel from our order ever fell from grace except thy brother Satan. As the others will tell you, the Skull and Bones is one of the oldest of secret societies…that which angels cannot tread."
"I can shape-shift as before. Remember, I was promised as the girl's Guardian Angel. I will send her under my protection to seal the Four Kings of Hell once more."
"This New Order… it has been long in the making Dantalion. It shows its face in many forms in the mortal realm," Camael's face revealed a blanket of doubt, his signature trait among the warrior angels.
"I have the half-demon in control of my legions. He guards over the medallion and still pays allegiance to me."
"You no longer possess the demonic powers you once held… fire, healing…. These are now obsolete. Your powers now are supernal, far greater than before. You must stay true to your purpose and release the desire of your demonic nature Dantalion."
