He only draws money out, when he needs it or to add to the college funds set up for the three K's, which he set up the day each was born, after all as he told Cameron and Julie, what good is all this money if not to share with family. He would not hear any rejections from them, it simply was not permitted.
Starke spent a few more hours with his mom and then he headed home, he got in and placed a call to Cam, they talked shop for a while, and then Starke asked if Julie was there also, and Cam said, sure is sitting right here beside me, do you want to talk to her?, well sure but stick around because I want you both in on this, Cam's eyebrows rose as he handed the phone to Julie, wondering what was coming?

He said, "what would you guys think about me asking Candee to marry me?'I know it's soon in our relationship, but we all know it's going to happen and it's so right for us to be together so, I figure why wait, neither one of us is going to get any younger, and we both want a family just like yours if possible, and then he took a breath.
Julie said, "Holy crap, Starke, Cam and I were just taking about this, you got ESP or something?" he just said, or something, she quickly relayed some of this to Cam, then she said, "we both think you should act now don't wait, you both deserve some real happiness in your lives." Have you mentioned any of this to Anne? Yes, she's cool with it in fact she wants to have the wedding in her garden, I'm sure she'll invite her entire garden club. Julie laughed and said "yeah, and I bet she'll have them all helping with the decorating."

Julie turned to her husband and said Oh Wow! All he said was yeah, and he gave her a big bear hug and a kiss, and a whisper in her ear of promises to be kept later.
Starke sat by the fireplace then, for several minutes, doing some thinking and some planning, then he called Candee, he said how's my pretty lady doing? She said fine, but I'm glad you can't see me though, he said oh, why? She said I look a wreck, I've been catching up on chores around here all day and I'm pretty disheveled, right about now, he said honey you'd be pretty if you were wearing an old burlap bag; this brought a laugh from her.
