First things first is getting the passengers off of the first two cars without tipping their hands to Ishmel Hussin. Cully excused herself and went into one of the restrooms close to cabin 13 and put the dress on and Agent Caulder went to the conductor and explained the situation on hand and what their plans was. The conductor
agreed to help in any way he could and yes if he got the word to the passengers in the first two cars would not bring as much attention as someone else.
