When he saw, embraced and kissed Misty, he finally sensed the fire works, a love connection, and vibrations that he never experienced with any woman, not even with his first love, Keisha.

He thought about what the psychic foresaw and whispered, "Grace definitely got it right. Misty is going to be my wife."

Mark was an excellent cook and could have been a top chef at any restaurant. He thought, Perhaps, when Misty opens her spa, I could prepare nutritious gourmet meals for her clients. He had so many bright ideas and could not wait to share them with her.

Dinner was almost ready. Misty smelled the aroma coming from the kitchen and came dashing down the stairs. She wore an outfit, which shouted make love to me!

When Mark saw her, he wanted to carry her back up the stairs, into the bedroom and make passionate love to her, but he remembered something from their conversations. She did not believe in pre-marital sex and was saving herself until she got married.

Besides, Mark was old school; unless she made the first move, he would have never made advances towards her. Little did he know that move was never going to come?

They sat down and started to eat. She praised him on his exquisite meal. After dinner, she offered to help with the cleanup, but being the man he was, Mark declined. Before long, he joined her in the living room, and they chatted for hours.

At times, they would laugh, kiss, and hold hands. As he looked into her eyes, there was a familiarity about her; she reminded him of Keisha.

Just as Mark had talked about his life, Misty conversed about growing up in Arizona with her mother who was divorced from Misty's father. He was a retired telephone technician living in Alaska with his current wife.

She did not have much contact with her dad and was on bad terms with her mother. They had not spoken or seen each other for over five years.

After graduating from high school, Misty attended cosmetology school and went on to acquire her license.

For the next several years, she worked as a consultant at high-end department stores, doing makeup applications and teaching skin-care techniques to their up-scale clientele. She always wanted to be her own boss; she was the beneficiary of a five hundred thousand dollar insurance policy and decided to purchase a spa from a business associate in Albuquerque.

The spa would sell a line of cosmetics and skin-care products, do body wraps, hair styling, and nail sculpturing and conduct workshops on applying makeup and ways to maintain a healthier and younger looking skin.
