"I can understand why you are still single. Jock Farmington here and yes the daily special sounds just fine. I'll have that with a cup of black coffee," he said as Lacey went to fill his order.

Arflin finished his meal and left a rather large tip. He wanted to make sure Lacey remembered him. He knew she would make sure she waited on him again the next time he came in.

Arflin had a very strange feeling when he left the café. This was the first lady he had ever felt attracted to. He had no desire to murder her like he had the others. He wasn't sure what was happening inside his mind. He knew he wanted to see her again and planned to go there again for lunch the next day.

William Arflin was a beast when it came to women. His mother had died when he was 4 years old. His father had remarried a lady by the name of Wanda. He only married Wanda to help take care of young William and there wasn't very much love there to begin with. She had 2 children of her own and needed help raising them. William's stepmother was abusive to him. She blamed him for the cruel way his father treated her. His father drank a lot and would come in late on many occasions and beat up Wanda for no apparent reason.

Psychiatrists at Wakefield Prison concluded that was a contributing factor when it came to the violent way Arflin acted. It made him hate all women. Could it be possible Lacey was the beauty this beast had been looking for all his life? Only time could tell for sure.

Arflin went back to the house and spent the rest of the afternoon on the computer. He went into some 30s, 40s and 50s chat rooms and talked to several ladies, but never got personal with any of them. He kind of just blended in. Could it be he was changing his lifestyle? I wouldn't bet my life on it and neither should you.

The next morning was Friday. Arflin got up early. After a quick breakfast of toast and jam he went to a supply store and bought a canvas tarp and a shovel. He went back to the place where he murdered Jock Farmington. The parking area was empty. No one had discovered the body as yet. He didn't want the body found right now. He reburied Jock Farmington. He dug a much deeper hole this time and wrapped the body in the canvas tarp.

He really went through great pains to camouflage the area. He even planted a small tree on top of the grave. You would really have to be searching hard to discover that was someone's grave. It was doubtful even a wild animal could have found this grave. Now that he had met Lacey he didn't want to have to leave town in a hurry.
