Happiness wasn’t something Simon really thought about most of his life. He didn’t have time for it, not really. He had responsibilities and goals, and to him, those equaled happiness. “You look unsure about something. What are you embarrassed about?” Trevor nudged him.

“You’ll have to remember how my mind works.” He was stalling. He couldn’t believe he was really stalling.
