After sending Sun Xiaomeng off, Zhang Zian turned to enter the pet shop.

Lu Yiyun sat behind the cashier counter, almost hiding her entire body behind the monitor. She squinted her eyes at him as if she was trying to indicate something.

Zhang Zian looked into the store and saw two strangers inside. One of the men had a cap one, carried a camera, and wore a tooling vest with many pockets that had “Binhai TV Station Production Team” written across the back.

Looking at the other person from behind, Zhang Zian could tell it was a woman. She wore a decent gray suit and held a microphone in her hand.

The girl was quite aggressive. The weather in Binhai City was still quite cold and, most of the time, sunny; however, occasionally there would still be a cold spell in the early spring. She was wearing a suit skirt early in the year.

The man with the camera pointed the camera at the kittens playing around in the store and turned their cute actions into digital information recorded on the memory card.

The girl with the microphone excitedly ran around inside the store. One moment she was pointing at a kitten for the man to shoot, and then the next moment she was pointing at another kitten, occasionally exclaiming softly with delight.

“Look at that cat! It’s wearing clothes and has a bamboo hat on!” She pointed to Old Time Tea in surprise, so the photographer moved the camera towards it.

Old Time Tea laid on the floor and covered its face with the bamboo hat. It did not want them to photograph its face.

“That cat too! It’s so golden––just like a blonde beauty!” She wasn’t even bothered about being ignored by Old Time Tea. She soon found Fina, and with great interest, she extended her hands to try and touch it.

“Meow!” Fina glared at the lady with its green almond eyes. It also revealed its sharp teeth and let out a threatening hiss, which meant: “You can observe this queen from a distance, but not taint this queen with your hands.”

She was so scared that she quickly retracted her hand. “This cat is so aggressive!”

“Meow meow meow! Breast? Where’s a great breast?” Snowy Lionet had heard the noise, woken up from its sleep, and yawned. It licked its lips and looked around, as if searching for the great breast.

Its gaze fell on the chest of the female journalist, and it suddenly pouted in disappointment. “How disappointing. It’s just another B!”

Zhang Zian said quietly. “Disappointing your sister? I’m the one who’s supposed to be disappointed, okay?”

Snowy Lionet seemed to have heard his voice. It turned around to glare at him. “Meow meow meow! Why are those in your shop all like this? Have all the big breasted girls in the world gone to find the tall, handsome, and rich? Ever since I came to your broken shop, I have only been able to dream of seeing a pair of peerless breasts!”

Zhang Zian was immersed in his own thoughts; he couldn’t help but start to doubt his life.

The noise of Snowy Lionet caught the attention of the female journalist. She had initially thought that it was just an ordinary white cat, but she was surprised when she took a closer look.

“Quick, look! That cat’s fur is so long! It looks even longer than the fur of a Persian cat!” she said to the cameraman.

She reached out her hand towards the Snowy Lionet, and, unlike Fina, Snowy Lionet actively jumped up and burrowed into her arms.

“Wow! This cat… It’s so heavy, but it’s also so soft!” The female journalist held Snowy Lionet in her arms and immediately felt its heavy weight and soft, delicate body.

Snowy Lionet squinted its pair of lecherous eyes, and its two front paws slid up and down her chest. Snowy Lionet also stuck out its tongue at Zhang Zian. “Meow meow meow! Big breasts are but a dream? Only I know how it is! A filled spring slumber in this broken shop, enraging none but the stinky man!”

If Snowy Lionet was replaced by a man, the female journalist would have probably already slapped it; instead, she was smiling and looked quite content. She didn’t seem to realize that Snowy Lionet was taking advantage of her.

“Cough!” The photographer raised his head from the camera’s viewfinder. He coughed and reminded her, “We are here to shoot the dog.”

Famous was quietly laying to the side of the reclining chair, and because Famous was too quiet, it was ignored by the female journalist.

“I almost forgot about our business here…” The female journalist seemed to have woken up from her earlier state. She reluctantly placed Snowy Lionet down on the floor and dusted off the long cat hair from her body. It was difficult to dust them off, so she could only remove them strand by strand.

“Ga ga! Where’s the prostitution expenses? We don’t support free prostitution here!”

They heard the sound from the top of their heads and got a shock. They then looked up to see a gray parrot on the top of the shelf staring at them condescendingly; its little black eyes seemed to harbor ill intentions.

Tracing its line of sight, the female journalist lowered her head and buckled the two buttons that opened the neckline of her shirt. Even though she was a B-cup, they were still her treasures…

“Holy sh*t! This parrot speaks like a human!” The photographer pointed the camera at Richard.

Richard shook its head in a serious manner. “No! It’s you, the two-legged beast, that talks like a parrot! I’ll advise you to hand over the prostitution expenses first, otherwise, the shop owner will chase you out for for the prostitution expenses…”

The cameraman was speechless.

The female journalist was shocked by Richard, and she couldn’t speak with her mouth half-opened.

“Excuse me, you are…?” Zhang Zian came over and asked. Although he had already guessed their identity, he still pretended to not know.

“Ah?” The female journalist turned back and immediately matched Zhang Zian’s face to the award recipient of the Berlin Film Festival. “Hello, Mr Zhang. I’m a journalist for Binhai TV––I made an appointment with you over the phone some time back. My name’s Liu Ying and this is the cameraman, Qin An.”

“Oh, I got it.” Zhang Zian shook hands with her and nodded to the cameraman. He was unable to reach out his hands because he was holding onto the camera.

Ever since Famous had won the Silver Bear Award for Best Male Lead at the Berlin Film Festival, there had been a flood of people who approached Zhang Zian to make appointments for interviews. There were also countless media outlets, including newspapers, magazines, and traditional TV stations, that wanted interviews, as well. People from the rising online media, too––and even some unknown public figures––came forward under the guise of a big name and asked for an interview…

Zhang Zian kept Feng Xuan’s advice in mind: He did not want Famous to be overly exposed in front of the media in a short time period. Only by maintaining a certain mystery could he tantalize the media. So he gave all of them the cold treatment while he secretly selected a few that seemed more reliable.

The Binhai Television station had little influence in the country––but it was, after all, a local television station, and in the future, Zian would inevitably have some dealings with it. So he had to do them a favor, which was why he agreed to their request for an interview.

Zhang Zian had thought that before he accepted interviews with other heavyweight media outlets, it wouldn’t be a bad idea to use Binhai TV as a practice partner. He wanted to treat it like a beginner’s mission.

Through the Internet, the Binhai television station had asked Zhang Zian if it was convenient to have them over that day for the interview.

Zhang Zian was basically free at any time so he had agreed, but he didn’t expect them to come so early. It was not even the working hours of ordinary enterprises yet.

“I haven’t had a formal interview before, so I’m not sure how the process goes,” he said.

The female journalist raised the microphone. “First of all, I would like to ask––the gray parrot said that you will chase us to pay for the prostitution expenses. Is this true?”
