On their next agenda was what they were going to do with the vacant buildings. The nursing school could be turned into much needed new apartment building if they find the right person or group of people to buy it from the town and turn it into apartments. The town's council decided to put an ad on line and see who might be interested in buying it and turning it into apartments and what kind of incentives could the town afford to offer. The town met with the department of HUD and financing to get their input. The state's financing department agreeded that might be the most logical thing but right now with the town's audit showed the town couldn't afford any incentives at the time so the town just left the buildings uninhabited .
