Six months after the passing of his wife Alexis mother Gavin met this lady who had gotten a divorced from her husband and moved into Hawthrone county which was named after a very distant ancestor of the family who had fought in the cival war. It was barely six later that Gain remarried that particular lady from Canada named Margo. At first she seemed to enjoy helping with the business but Alexis saw her in town always shopping and buying her things with the business money.
She told her father but he just shrugged his shoulders and told Alexis well she's my wife and if that is what she wants to do I'm letting her do it. Alexis noticed a change in her father. Margo didn't want anything to do with the disgusting business as she called it after she had spent most of the business's profits.Gavin and Margo decided that they would move to Canada to be close to her family leaving the house and business to Alexis.
Alexis took over the failing business and wasn't sure if she could bring it back to like itwas when her grandparents owned it or not but she was determined to try her best.
