"I'm not going!" They announced simultaneously again while crossing their arms over their chests and standing adamantly against the idea of attending the movie together. Abruptly they both realized that the other one wasn't going and again at the same time they spoke.

"Good, then I'll go."

"Hey!" They glared at each other.

"Stop taking my lines." Mia asserted.

"Me? You!"

"Me? You!"

"You started it." Jayden accused. Nita and Avery rolled their eyes while shaking their heads. This was turning into a bad idea as they watched the two throwing juvenile tantrums.

"Didn't, you did."

"No you did."

"Did not it was you." Mia said with annoyance.

"No you."

"No you."

"No you."

"Seriously why did you think this was a good idea?" Avery looked at Nita.

"Popcorn?" Nita asked trying to distract everyone and not get Avery upset with her. It worked.

Arriving in the theater it had almost filled up to capacity. There were spot seating's of ones and twos; but nothing where all four of them could sit together. Before Mia or Jayden could get their digs into Nita and Avery; Nita and Avery quickly grabbed hold to each other by the arm and rapidly moved away in the opposite direction of the bickering couple. Mia looked at Jayden and he returned her glare.

"I'm going this way." She announced and he turned going the opposite direction. To their dismay, while they had been bickering, the theater had filled up even more and good single seats grew scarcer. The race was on. Quickly surveying the room they looked for an available seat and when they couldn't find one, they began walking up and down the steps checking out each row individually.

"Aye" Jayden was happy when he spotted a seat in the middle of a row smack in the middle of the theater.

"Perfect" Mia exclaimed as she quickly crossed over the already sitting people trying to get to her seat.

"Excuse me, pardon me… Thanks… Excuse me… Thank you…" Jayden apologized and thanked the people for being courteous enough to allow him to pass. Abruptly he halted when he looked up and saw Mia heading for the same spot that he had already laid claims on.

"Oh no you don't!" He protested as he quickened his pace.

"Ha… that's what you think" Mia shot back as she revved up her pace and began racing with him to see who would get to the good seat first.
