Furious that the yokai was challenging him Katsuro no Hiroyuki released his strongest shikigami saying " Haya use Ka to bring her down" with mouth open wide the shikigami released a great wave of fire which surrounded the yokai, using the distraction to scatter the spell tags around as he completed the word binding spell which brought down the terrifying creature.
The flames gave the illusion of someone burning, unknown to him the yokai had escaped from the moment he released his technique, as she hid in the shadows waiting for an opening to attack.
"Return to me Haya" he commanded as the fire-horse shikigami returned to its lifeless form, he made use of one of the spell tags to dispel the flames.
