When Abilene got sick they did get back together. Grandma Franklin moved into the basement where she could help with her daughter and her daughter's family. After her mother's long illness thenconfined to a wheelchair she knew her father needed her support even more. It had been a long two years and graduating from high school without her mom's presence was tough on both her father as well as herself. She attended a college just a couple of hours from her home town. She drove what had been her mother's car given to her by her father.. She met a young woman whom the house mother at her dormitory said was a double for her . She took a step back when she met Helen. Helen wa a dead ringer for herself. She started watching her. Even her moves was identical along with her voice was a pitch higher but certain words she spoke was like hers.
On a blood drive she was helping the nurse. She got a needle with a tube to make sure Helen didn't have a diease so she could donate blood. She had a little left that she wanted to have check out. By then she was very suspicious that Helen could be Gabby. She was going to drive that evening to Hawlings Lab and then stop and visit her father then drive back to the college.
