There had been a lot of strangers coming through the town especially during the summer months and holidays. Late one night the dishwasher saw a strnger talking to Mindy. When he left she followed him outside and wrote down his license plate number. During the policw investigation she gave the license plate number to them. The police ran the plate number and dixcovered that plate belonged to a well known drug dealer. They asummed the girls was involved in drugs either dealing or using.
