She dedicated the rest of her time cleaning the bathrooms in the administration building and the girls dorms until Mother Superior would give her permission to find another job The holiday season was approaching.

Mother Superior asked her about their dorm mother. Genevie told her the girl's dorm mother had a drinking problem and would pass out leaving the girls to do whatever they wanted.. She didn't think the dorm mother knew any thing about the girls getting her keys.
Genevie told her that the girls had even invited her to their parties. When the college went on their Christmas break Mother Superior had her priest overseas get Genevie another job away from the girls dorm. She was reassigned to the library which was closer to the path to the house where she could be watched closer.
The tower came by a big cargo ship from South Hampton to new York then loaded onto a flat railroad car to New Orleans. It arrived just before Christmas and was secured to the building. Then a little plane landed late that night and whoever the passenger was brought to the college in a dark sedan with tinted windows.
On the door to the tower was opened Genevie saw there was a hall then stairs to the tower. In the hall there was a door on the left side. Then the stairs going up to the tower when that door to both the hallway and stairs was closed you could see a sign in a foreign language that read Ole Lade Tru El.
When Sister Sarah came into the library Genevie asked her if she knew what it meant. She told her she would find out. Father Cummings said it was translated from historian meaning Above Lays True Evil. he encourage her to be very careful.
Sister Sarah told him she thought she had seen something in the shadow of the building that seemed to be following her. He told her that sometimes the thing you see in the shadows are more than just shadows. To warn Genevie of that she imputed that in one of her writing classes.
