Adhira then spent the day sticking around Lakshmi and learning out their household activities. While helping her around Lakshmi narrated her life journey were she stated that Ram was an ex- military officer and used to come over once in a year for vacation.
Hearing her Adhira thought, ‘Well, Military guy. Now that explains me why they are huge family. I don’t know whether he loaded the guns or not but he had never failed to load Lakshmi belly once in a year.’
Lakshmi went on with her journey which made Adhira to admire her a lot. Lakshmi had always been an independent woman and brave. She handled many problems of her own also hearing that Ram had given all his land to the farmers back in the native made her to respect both of them.
Time flew by so by afternoon they all had their lunch and went to sleep. Adhira went to her room and tried to sleep but there was many random thoughts running in her mind. She thought various things like how she would have reacted if she had been in Lakshmi’s place. She then realized that she was not brave enough like her and must build up that somehow. Thinking of it she then ran back her memory of her house and thinking what they must be doing which made her fell asleep eventually.
