“I will manage ma. I just need to hand over some things to my assistant. I just need to monitor her for one more week then I will be okay” saying this she pulled her chair a little bit back and touched her baby on stomach also smiled when she was able to feel a kick on her stomach. She patted twice on stomach with a smile assuring the baby that she is there.
“Okay ma. Actually I called you to inform that we have planned your Baby shower next month.”
Hearing it Adhira was very happy and she blushed. Lakshmi went on but Adhira was very excited hearing it and all she replied back was, “Okay….. Hmmm…”
Lakshmi atlast hung up the phone saying,” Don’t inform anyone yet also drink some juice and come home soon.”
“Sure ma.”
Saying it she kept the phone and tried to call Arya. Arya attended the call and asked,” Are you okay?”
“Yes. I am.”
“Is it anything urgent?”
“No.”
“Good. Then I will call you up after 30 minutes dear. Is that okay?”
Before she could reply her boss called walked towards her desk and called her name from far,” Adhira…”
Adhira jerked a bit and was still on excitement so she didn’t think much and got up to look her boss. He signaled her to come so she got up and walked to his cabin.
