Dixie Leewater is on her way to Houston, Texas to purchase some horses. Horses are a hobby of hers. Vedella decided to go on the trip.
Dixie stood at the terminal waiting for Vedella.
"I'm here, Dixie honey." Vedella yelled.
Vedella came floating through the crowd looking very colorful. Vedella decided to go on the trip to surprise Vance. She was ready for a commitment and she wanted to tell Vance face to face. She knew he was the one for her and she didn't want to lose him. She knew a good deal when she saw one.
"Good morning darling. How good you look." Dixie commented.
"Honey, I have to keep up with you. You have a good sense of style." Vedella replied.
They kissed each other on the cheek and boarded the plane.
"I'm glad you decided to come with me on this trip. I know Vance has to be the reason." Dixie remarked.
"Darling, I decided to make a commitment. I love him. I've never felt this way about another man before in my life." Vedella replied seriously.
"I think I hear wedding bells." Dixie teased.
"If he asks me, I will say yes and you will be the first one to know. He'd become the love of my life and I can't throw it away." Vedella replied.
"Hon, you're serious. I'm overjoyed for my friend. Vance has become a part of all of us. Congratulations my dear, may this trip come true for you." Dixie replied beaming.
"Thank you honey, but he hasn't asked me yet." Vedella replied "I have a feeling this trip will bring some good news. I can't wait to get back to tell the girls." Dixie remarked.
The plane landed in Houston. A limousine was waiting to take the young ladies to the hotel. They decided to freshen up and get a bite to eat before they went to the horse show.
Dixie and Vedella was enjoying the horse show. Admiring and sizing up the horses.
"Excuse me little ladies, are those seats taken? Vance asked.
Vedella and Dixie looked up to see Vance and Bayon standing with laughter on their faces.
"We spotted you from the other side and thought we should come over and say hello." Vance replied.
"Good afternoon ladies." Bayon replied as he tipped his hat.
Dixie and Vedella was shocked to see Bayon. They had to regain their composure, especially Dixie.
"Good afternoon gentlemen, please have a seat." Vedella replied.
