"Sure honey, I can wait." Winola answered.

Three minutes later Jeffery came back to the phone.

"We'll agree to your proposal providing there's no future claims from you client or his family." Jeffery stated.

"I'll give you a call back as soon as I talk to my client's family. Bye." Winola replied.

She placed the phone on the receiver. She buzzed her secretary.

"Diane, get me Mr. Harrison on the phone please. Fifteen minutes later her secretary buzzed her office. I have Mr. Harrison on the phone. Thanks hon."

"Good morning Mr. Harrison. I have some good news for you. The drug company is willing to pay your family one hundred and fifty million dollars to settle your case. The stipulation is that you or any member of your family cannot file any future claims against the drug company. How do you feel about their offer? Winola asked.

"I never expected that much. I'm in a state of shock. Let me calm down for a moment." Mr. Harrison responded.

"Take your time Mr. Harrison. Would you like me to call you back? Winola asked.

"No, I'm all right. I will accept their offer. Thanks a lot Mrs. Cornwall." Mr. Harrison answered.

"I will set up an appointment with the drug company lawyers to get all papers signed. I'll be in touch soon Mr. Harrison." Winola stated.

Winola left her office and knocked and entered her brother Charles office.

"Charles we settle for one hundred and fifty million for our client." Winola stated happily.

"Congratulations sis. It was your case from the beginning. Have a drink to your success. I know Mr. Harrison is well pleased." Charles remarked.

"He was quite shocked. He didn't expect that much money for his son or for the drug company to give in after a year. I'm glad this case is over because it can bring closure to one part of Mr. Harrison life." Winola stated.

"Well you invested a lot of time on this case and it paid off for you and your client." Charles remarked.

"How's Spellman? Charles asked.

"He's very well, sugar." Winola answered.

"I'll see him Sunday at our parent's home." Charles replied.

Charles walked over and gave Winola a big hug and a kiss on the cheek.

Winola went back to her office to make the appointment with Jeffery Mackee to set up everything to put a closure to this case.

"Thank God, this will be over soon." Winola exhaled.
