Ritwik would call her daily but Myra would give a cold response. Jiya and Sagar had also tried her to convince her to go back to Ritwik but she did not buldge. Jiya even offered that Myra stay at the Singhania mansion but Myra was too independent.
Gaurav was making most of the situation. He would take Myra to outstation meetings and would take her for official lunches. However never once he persuaded her to accept his feelings. But time to time he would point out at various articles written about her marriage or any other linkup of Ritwik. Indirectly he was trying to push his case. Infact he had informed her that her pregnancy did not affect his attraction for her because it was true love.
Myra knew that after the baby was born she would have to leave her job because she felt that somehow she was giving hope to Gaurav. Gaurav firmly believed that once the baby was born she would be free to divorce Ritwik and then eventually marry Gaurav.
As the months flew by Ritwik was forced to believe that Myra might not come back. He cared for her deeply but could not clear the misunderstanding because he was honour bound to protect Eliza. He was also aware of Gaurav’s advances and just hoped that Myra would not fall for him.
