He knows that her smooth skin of her Labia Majora and the Mons Pubis have sebaceous glands ,sweat glands and Skenne glands. Next he dilated her Labia Majus to see her Labia Minora which were glabrous located medial to the Labia Majora on each side surrounding the vestibule of the vagina. Thefrenulum connects thetwo labia Minora posteriorly (inferiorly) and the prepuce of the clitoris and the frenulum of the clitoris connects the two Labia Minora anteriorly.
