"I thought I was the wise guy," Rowan laughed.

Count Halphas, reuniting with his brother once again, appeared much older in his human form, his skin weathered and worn. He was burly and had a deep voice like his brother Druitte. Meeting on the battle field once more was Druitte's wish, though this time it was in justice and not war.

"Brother, I may be younger than ye, though I have escaped the fires of the first heaven," Druitte boasted.

"Aye, and the finest of a warrior Dantalion chose to lead his army," Halphas agreed.

"King Vine, let out a call of victory. "My brother Demons of the Goetia! No longer will we be imprisoned. We are released from our curse!"

Another round of howls rang through the Courtyard.

His words travelled around the sea of demons mulling about, talk of freedom, yet there were a few among them who did not feel the same. Still standing there, beneath the base of the altar, were the two demons who spoke earlier.

"See, Andromalius, we are free from our prison," Belial sneered, holding out his king-like body and appearing in the form of two angels. "I am the angel of light and the angel of darkness."

"Yes, Belial, we can all see thee are agreeable as a distinguished King should be," Andromalius sneered back. "What of this pardon of condemnation? Will thee venture to the Realm of Goetia with our brothers to await the remainder of thy servitude?"

"The only realm thy wishes to venture to is that of the infernal one," Belial responded with hate.

"Thou art still condemned to the Realm of Goetia. You yourself were appeased to be close to the ranks of the angelic order," Andromalius questioned Belial's motives.

"Nay, tis not being close that was of interest, but in seeing with thy own eyes, Dantalion, the coveted angel of God!"

"What does it matter if our brother Dantalion hath been coveted by the third heaven? He hath fulfilled his oath to his brother demons of the Goetia. We can finally live out our time at our rightful realm!" Andromalius replied to Belial.

"Nay, tis not the Realm of Goetia that is my rightful realm," Belial ran his claws between the two images of the angel of light and the angel of darkness that were his form, splitting them in half. "Long before Dantalion's fall from grace, and ever longer still before the fall of Satan, twas I who fell before. Twas I who created the oath., the guardian of the Northern Infernal Realm.," Belial continued.
