She tidied her hair, checked her clothes then went to see who her visitors were. She saw Sindi first, sitting at the waiting room, her head bend and her hands nervously on her lap. Next to her was her other visitors, Tebogo Motsepe and a gentleman she had never met but knew instantly that he was a lawyer. The two gentlemen were dressed alike in dark black suits. The only difference between then was that one man was bald while the other had short hair. And the bald lawyer man wore a red tie, while Tebogo wore a baby blue one, besides that they could pass out as brothers if not twins.

"Not you again!" Mandisa grumbled once she was within ear shot. "Do you make it a habit of showing up uninvited?" She asked her eyes focused on Tebogo.

"Nice to see you too, witch." Tebogo said standing up along with his brother lookalike.

"What do you want Motsepe, I'm busy?"

"I came here to introduce you to my lawyer, Sizwe Kubheka." Tebogo said and Sizwe extended his hand to Mandisa.

"I can't say it's a pleasure." Mandisa said ignoring the extended hand.

"We have something for you." Tebogo said and the lawyer, like a good servant produced a piece of paper.

"What is it?" Mandisa asked not wanting to touch them or anything that they held.

"It's a summons." Tebogo said and smiled when Mandisa snatched the paper from Sizwe. She read the paper and her face harden.

"Is that all?" She asked coldly.

"Actually…" Tebogo said and produced a parcel. "This is for you." Mandisa looked at him blankly. "It's a tee shirt." He told her gently.

"Throw it away. I wouldn't be able to wear it after you've worn it."

"I thought you might want to use it to put a curse on me." He said teasingly.

"Oh I don't need the tee shirt for that. I got your saliva on my cutlery." Mandisa said. His eyes sparkled with the now familiar humor. "But again, you might get tempted to curse me so…" She snatched the parcel from him, "let's go to my office Sindi. Good bye gentlemen." She turned around and went to her office with Sindi following.

"Until next time witch." She heard Tebogo say as she closed the door behind Sindi.

"What was that all about?" Sindi asked her. Mandisa didn't immediately answer but dropped the parcel on her desk along with the summon document.
