Janaki then spoke up,” Meghna, Where is your dad?”
Meghna’s mom Rukmani replied,” He has gone to the nearby shop. He will be back now.”
“Okay.”
“You can come with me, I will show you the home around” saying this Janaki and Rukmani went around and to everyone surprise they seemed to be so friendly as if they had known each other for long time. They both bonded well.
Meghna and Sagar saw them speaking so friendly. Meghna went near Sagar and spoke,” I thought there will be a big problem but seeing them together I don’t think so there will be any problem anymore. What do you think?”
Sagar didn’t respond to her but he was just staring at her. She didn’t understand what he is thinking. She shook him up and asked,” What is the matter? What are you thinking?”
He then spoke up,” Meghna, Actually I am feeling nervous. What if they say NO to me?”
Meghna sensed his nervousness in his voice and so she kept her hands on him and met his eyes and said,” Sagar, Don’t worry. None can reject you. Just see how your mom and my mom are speaking. Do you think they will say NO to you?”
He still couldn’t say anything. She gripped his hands and spoke, “I am there with you. No need to worry.”
