Siddarth smiled and went around to inspect other works. Meghna received a call from Kabir.
“Hi Kabir.”
“Hi Meghna, How are you? I hope you are done with your work.”
“Thanks, Kabir. I am good. Yes, I have completed my works. Just a last minute inspection.”
Kabir sensed nervousness in her voice so he responded back, “Meghna, Relax. I know you won’t make any mistake. Can I pick you up from your home?”
Meghna remembered that he had asked her to be his date for the evening. She then replied,” Actually Kabir my home is just 15 minutes away. So, I think I can come on my own.”
“This is not fair Meghna. People will think I am no gentleman if I make my date to come by herself.”
Meghna smiled at his response and then replied,” Okay Kabir. Sorry, I will message you my home address and you can pick me up by 7.30pm.”
The party starts at 8pm. So it will be perfect for him to pick her up and reach here by 7.45pm. He checked the time now and it was 5.30pm. So he replied her,” Okay, Well then I will see you in 2 hours.”
Meghna laughed at his response and thought to herself, “Oh God, He proves that he is a Businessman”.
