Sagar then spoke to her, “Don’t you feel the garlands heavy?”
Meghna smiled at said, “Bare it for few more hours.”
“I hope it ends soon.”
The pandit still continued the mantras so Sagar and Meghna did all the Pooja together and then the moment arrived. The pandit asked Janaki to pass on the wedding chain to everyone and take their blessings. Everyone wished for their happiness and then the pandit asked Sagar to tie the knot to her. Sagar took the wedding chain and placed it in front of her neck and saw her. Meghna looked him up and then Sagar tied the knot. Meghna had tears on her eyes and seeing that he kissed her forehead and everyone showered them with flowers and congratulated them.
He then held her hands and they both rounded the fire together and took vows in front of it. They then went to the registrar office and registered their marriage. They returned back to the venue and performed the few other rituals, took family photos and individual photos.
They both ate together and everyone asked them to feed each other. Meghna made sure that Sagar doesn’t fed her first so she fed him and seeing the way he tease her she will do it back. So she fed him first but Sagar didn’t tease or play with her. He just ate the food and fed her. She had already decided to play with him so she bit his fingers and he took out his fingers and he shouted, “Ouch…”
