"I am sorry...." I raised my hand cutting her off.

"It's okay" taking a sit. My Friday going haywire. I should have just called in sick, stayed in bed.

"He asked me to out on a date. To the art gallery opening."

"Seriously" clapping her hands, she can't contain her excitement, her happiness. "So you are going with him? Right."

I nodded "Yeah" wondering what to wear, turning on my computer.

I look at the clock, its barely after one.

That means I have less than seven hours to gather some courage.

Less than seven hours to find something to wear.

Less than seven hours to fill out his application form.

This is going to be the hardest, less than seven hours of my life.

I scoff, no scratch that, this is going be the hardest sixty days of my life.
