Passion Power and Peace

The marriage of Kaori and Yousho was a happy one. The love and affection they had for one another deepened with each passing day. Yousho was a passionate and loving husband. He and Kaori made love each night the first week of their marriage. This couple was a delight or an irritant depending upon your pleasure. They would hug and kiss openly whenever they were together. It didn’t seem to matter whether they were in public or not. Here they were the leaders of their village and they were openly affectionate.
Sometimes Yousho would carry Kaori on his back as he walked through the village. She enjoyed these rides and did not have to worry about seeing her path. Yousho so loved his wife that she was no burden at all. He would carry her this way often keeping her close and feeling her body on his.
Although the council appointed Kaori the leader of the Hayshua village, the couple seemed to operate as equals. Both were part of the council of Hayshua; however it was not often when both attended the daily council meetings. Only on special occasions did they both attend council meetings. With respect to his growth and love of the spiritual life, Yousho became a “quick study.” It would be difficult to spend time with someone like Kaori, love her, and not join her in the prayerful life she led. Yousho already had a passion for the Gods, but now he had a wonderful prayer partner in Kaori.
