Yousho was brought out at the end of the chant. They started the chant again led by Elder Meesi. Hayshua is a place of peace! Hayshua is a place of care! Quickly moving toward the area outside the council hut the people of Hayshua had a task to perform. Yousho was carried by several members, holding him high in the air in the middle of the running people. Yousho was the only one who knew nothing of what was to follow. He did relent to any urge to break free and run away.
When they reached the Hayshua meeting place Yousho was placed on the ground. A quiet began. No chanting. Only animal sounds were heard in the night. This quiet among the people continued for about five minutes when Elder Meesi asked Yousho what he wanted.
“I want to die,” was Yousho’s response.
“Two deaths do not make things right,” Elder Meesi said.
“We the people of Hayshua forgive you for your action earlier today. You are a member of our community and we do not desire to change that.”
Elder Meesi then asked all the people of Hayshua to whisper I forgive you to Yousho.
“I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you. I forgive you, each person whispered.
