Ibuki then began a prayer for the peace of the gods.

Elder Meesi was asked to have the horn blown for the people of Hayshua to gather near the meeting place of the village council. There was quiet throughout the village. The body of the dead boy was placed upon an elevated bed to prepare him for cremation. The body lay there for an entire day as the people of Hayshua left their task to prepare for a tribunal.

Yousho lay in his hut having been taken there by his older sister. Murder was one thing that the people of Hayshua took very seriously. It rarely happened in this village. Elder Meesi had a meeting of all his people within his group in the hut of the council. They met to recall the actions that must be taken.
