She wanted to know about their enemy the Klingons. he told her were from a planet name Marc Okrand which was about thirteen light years from earth but at an right angle and four light years away from Vulcan at an left angle. He showed where it was on the map. She asked if there were other planets or neighbors of the Klingon in the same constellation. he said there is a group of planets just like Earth and they all have about the same principals as the Klingons.
She wanted to know more about them. he explained that they were very prideful, ruthless, and brutal humanoids. They were set against The United Federation of Planets the United States in particular.. They thought humans should become their slaves and the United States was against the idea of going back in time to the point of slavery.. The Klingon starship named after their planet the Marc Okrand the second took advantage of a smaller starship of the United States filled with junior high schooler out on a ride around the universe and aboarded it then made everyone at all of the space centers watch as the brutally torture the children then killed them. He said his father on Vulcan still talks about the day that Spock's crew had to board that little starship and recover the bodies and take them back home .
When they got far enough away from that little starshipe they destroyed after the families assembled here at the Houston space center to take possession of their loved ones bodies and watch the destruction of the little starship. He showed her the clip of it. She could hear those parent give the command for destruction. Her logical side knew that was what was the best for the machinery while her emotional heart cried for the loss of life that took place that day.
She asked her father no wonder they closed up shop. he agreed and said it was a long time ago and a lot of the United States citizens have forgotten. She asked how many planets feel the same way that the Klingons feel. He couldn't exactly answer that question correctly. He said after that they went to war with them and all of the Klingon starships were destroyed. They have been kept in their own constellation since then.
She said so you don't know for sure if all of those planets agree or disagree with them. He just with a half smile no and I really don't even want to think about it. I would rather think about the good we as the United Federation of Planets the Second can do for every species living here in the combined galaxies. yes I'm sure we will have an enemy or two
