Does this girl ever keep quiet? I mean shouldn’t she be sued for wastage of oxygen or noise pollution or something. I mean is it wrong for a guy to have 10 minutes of silence.

I watch as Todd Jenson leaves his date alone and walks up to Malaya. She looks confused and finally her eyes settle on the girl in the room left dateless.

She gives the girl a polite smile even though all Annie does is shoots her daggers. I listen in carefully as Malaya graciously rejects his offer telling him

“You have a beautiful date standing there waiting patiently for you to ask her to dance. I can’t accept your offer, please dance with her.”

The guy’s shoulders slumps as he walks away, every guy present is engrossed in every word that comes out of that sexy mouth of hers

She looks up to catch my eyes and I refuse to release my eyes from hers, instead I wink at her as I smile up at her, she looks down again, breaking the contact. I think the other guys here with dates know that they are not going to get a dance with her because she isn’t the type to take someone that is unavailable.

As a cue of guys that came here alone, line up waiting for a dance. Amy pulls me on the dance floor. And I oblige though all of my attention is directed at the girl I can’t seem to steal my gaze away from, I keep my eyes on her hoping that she would look up and see me, but instead her eyes are glued to the floor, my heart melts to see her here so unhappy.
