Their hips bumped occasionally. She couldn’t remember any past event that equaled the pleasure of strolling with him by her side.

“I’ve had a great time today.”

“This is just the beginning.” He assured her. “I’m also having a great time.

He stopped and turned her into the circle of his arms. “I only want to make you happy.”

Her pulse rate quickened at the warmth she saw in his eyes. She could tell he was going to kiss her, she could see his intent in the darkening of his eyes. She felt the increased tension in the arms around her waist. She wet her lips as she gazed at his parted lips. He was impatient for the feel of her lips on his again. She remembered the commanding pressure of his mouth the first time they kissed, it had been etched upon her very soul.

She remembered the wave of sensation that had rolled through her body when he first touched her, the strength of his chest when it pushed urgently against her breast.

The weakness.

The need.

She rose to her feet and touched her lips to his. His lips were plump and firm like satin pillows. She thought with a sigh. The flavors in his mouth were just heady, they left her feeling light headed as if she had drank one too many.
