Karen was studying thats when John called her on phone and asked her that she was getting very busy these days in someone else and was not talking to John eagerly as she ever used to. John was angry at Karen as she was not texting him every now and then curiously but there was nothing like that because Karen was even more curious to keep talking to john always but she thought that in order to be with john and his company, she ought to complete with her studies too otherwise if she was not ever focussing and concentrating on her studies so she was not gonna make her capable to obtain good marks for the required profession for what she was studying scholastically.Karen told the same reason to John that she literally wanted to be with him in every sphere of her life but she told him that they have to be focussed with studies as without it, they were nothing so she pleaded John not to react like a kid . She was also mentioning that she was only of John and he knew that It was nothing like she was not fond of him. She mentioned;

'' I'm always yours and you are mine and don't worry John. I'll be all yours after some time but wait with patience.
