Alexis's uncle Jack was looking around and suggested to her to have a barn sale with the rest of the items that she wasn't going to keep herself. She put several tables up and started dividing items. On one table she had kitchen appliances on it . Another tables had lamps on it. The French Victorian livingroom set she kept those two table lamps on the table and wanted to sell it as a setShe put a sign on the table that had the lamps on it thirtyfive per lamp. She indivually priced the kitchen appliances from five dollars to twentyfive dollars but not a cent more. The livingroom set she had a price tag of five hundred or best offer. Then she put a price tag on the diningroom set for the same price and the indivual pieces according to what she wanted for it. She hoped that she wasn't cheating anyone.

​ Then put up the two deer stands up behind a table and hung the hunting bibs and jackets on hangers from the stands and placed all kinds of hunting items from bows and arrows to indivual quivers to bow tips and different arrows seperating them by the length of the arrow. and wasn't sure how much she should sell the hunting items for so she called her uncle Jack again..He told her that he was headed her way and would be there shortly. He liked the way she was setting it up and knew a couple of hunters that would be interested in buying them. He phoned them and sent pictures and had an offer for over a thousand dollars which Alexis said to tell them sold for a thousand. They came by immediately and picked up the stands and hunting items.
