Coincidence or Destiny

Janaki arrived to Meghna’s home and found everyone sitting silently. Rukmani saw her and asked her to come inside. Janaki saw Meghna sitting in sofa shocked with newspaper in her hand. Janaki went towards her. She sat beside her and placed her hands on Meghna’s hand. Meghna saw her and didn’t speak anything.

Meghna received a call. She stood up and saw her phone. It was from Siddarth.

“Hello”

“Meghna, Siddarth here.”

“Yes Siddarth”

“Meghna, are you okay? I saw the newspaper and so I called to enquire about you.”

“Siddarth, Can you do me a favor?”

“Sure Meghna. What should I do?”

Janaki came and tried to speak with Meghna. She saw Meghna speaking with phone so she stood a few distance away from her and thought to wait for her to complete. Meghna saw Janaki and understood that she wanted to speak to her but she continued to speak with Siddarth.

“Siddarth, I want you to contact the newspaper company and find the reporter who wrote the article. Get his address and come to my home. Okay?”

“Okay. I will call you once I find him and before coming to your home.”

“Okay. Please make it fast.”

Meghna hung up and went to the restroom. Janaki heard her talking to Siddarth and also saw her going to restroom. She understood that Meghna is not in mood to speak to anyone. She went to hall and spoke with Meghna’s parents.
